PATODI /GREEN DAL DOSA MASALA CURRY RECIPE

     Today we are going to make a delicious Masala curry with green dal dosa. Its super easy to make recipe.We can prepare this tasty masala curry when we don't have any vegetables in house.It goes well with steamed white rice and also with roti's. This is my own recipe which came out very well, Inspired from a Marathi dish Patodi recipe.

Ingredients


  • Moong beans batter = which is made by soaking moong beans 3 hours before, add salt to the batter.
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Red chilies 2
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cumin seeds
  • Onion 1 medium sized
  • Green chilies 3
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Coriander leaves
Steps to prepare

1.Prepare Dosa from the Moong beans batter made and cut into small small pieces.

2.Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds, mustard seeds,curry leaves, green chilies,and onion.

3.Let them splatter. Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, masala powder and stir them in a medium flame.

4.Now add the Green Gram Dosa pieces and also add red chili powder and salt.


5.Keep tossing them in between add little bit lemon juice. 

6.Add coriander leaves and serve hot with white rice.
