Today’s dish Chili Chicken is my own recipe an authentic and spicy dry type curry made with tender boneless chicken pieces. It’s a bit spicy because of green chili’s used.
But its super delicious with bursting flavor’s goes well with white rice and can be used as a side dish for all types of Dal, Sambar, Rasam.
It just takes 30 mins to prepare. Serving for 2 persons
INGREDIENTS:
- Tender Bone less Chicken 250 grams
- 12 nos Green Chili's
- Egg white 2 nos
- 4tbs Oil
- 2tbs Ginger Garlic paste
- Salt as per taste
- Lemon 1pc
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala powder
- coriander leaves
- Take 12 Green chilies ,Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Egg white, Garam Masala in a mixer jar and grind them to a fine paste.
- Add Lemon juice to the paste.
- Mix 4 tbsp of oil to the paste.
- Take boneless chicken pieces and mix them with the above paste
- Keep the marinated chicken for 1hr.
- Take a fry pan add the marinated chicken and cook the chicken in a low flame.
- Keep tossing it for 10 mins until the chicken becomes tender.
- Cover it with lid and cook it for 15mins in a low flame tossing in between till chicken becomes golden brown color.
- At-last add coriander leaves and serve hot.
